Balsamic Mustard Vinaigrette

Balsamic Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar

  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard

  • 1 Tablespoon finely minced shallot

  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 6 Tablespoon olive oil

Method

  1. Whisk together all the ingredients except the olive oil until smooth

  2. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture is emulsified

Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to three weeks
