Benedictine Spread

Ingredients

  • ½  large English cucumber, peeled

  • 1 8-ounce tub of cream cheese spread

  • ¼ cup chopped green onion

  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream

  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Method

  1. Grate the cucumber and roll the grated cucumber into a towel or paper towel and squeeze out the excess juice

  2. Combine the cucumber and the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well

  3. Transfer to a sealed container, and chill for at least an hour

  4. Stores covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks
