Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Wing Sauce
Ingredients
· 4 cloves of garlic
· 5 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
· 1 teaspoon olive oil
· 1 cup mayo
· 2 Tablespoons light corn syrup
· 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
· 1 teaspoon lemon juice
· 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
· ¼ teaspoon dried basil
· ¼ teaspoon dried marjoram
· ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
· ¼ teaspoon dried thyme
· Salt and pepper
Method
Preheat oven to 375. Bake the peeled cloves in a oven safe pan until they turn brown, about 20 minutes
While the garlic is cooling, place the remaining ingredients into a bowl and whisk well.
After the garlic has cooled, mince, place in the mayo mixture, and whisk well.
Perfect sauce for baked chicken, chicken wings, chicken tenders or nuggets, and breadsticks
Place in a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks
