Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
½ cup chopped parsley
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 Tablespoon dried oregano
1 Tablespoon dried Marjoram
2 large garlic cloves
1 shallot
½ cup olive oil
3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
Juice of 1 lime
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Place the parsley, cilantro, oregano, marjoram, garlic, and shallot into a food processor and pulse until roughly chopped
Scrape ingredients into a small bowl and add the olive oil, vinegar, lime juice, and seasonings and stir well
