Del Taco Green Sauce
Ingredients
4 jalapenos
3 green chilies
4 cloves garlic
½ onion
½ Tablespoon cumin
½ cup vegetable oil
2 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Method
Slice and de-seed the peppers and place them in a small saucepan and cover with water and a teaspoon of salt
Bring to a boil and boil until the peppers are soft and change into a dull color
Add the drained peppers and the rest of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until very smooth.
