Duck Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
¾ cup apricot jam
4 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
½ teaspoon soy sauce
2 medium cloves garlic minced
1 tsp minced fresh ginger
½ teaspoon chili powder
1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
Method
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
Refrigerate for up to three weeks in a sealed container..
