El Pollo Loco Avocado Salsa
Ingredients
2 avocados
2 jalapenos
1 ½ cup water
2 Tablespoons vinegar
1 ½ teaspoon salt
½ cup fresh cilantro
1 small onion
1 small garlic clove
Method
Clean the avocado, jalapeno, garlic and the onion of all skin and seeds
Place all the ingredients in a mixer or food processor and pulse to make a smooth paste
Keep in the refrigerator for up to one week in a sealed container
