Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

  • 4 medium tomatoes, diced

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 jalapeno, diced

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice

  • ½ cup chopped cilantro

  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Method

  • In a medium bowl, add the diced tomato, onion, jalapeno, chopped cilantro, and minced garlic

  • Stir in the lime juice, salt, and pepper

  • Served chilled for best results

This oxidizes fast, so this is best kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours in a sealed container
