Roasted red potatoes are a tasty side dish. Cut potatoes into small pieces, coat with oil, salt, pepper, fresh herbs, and spices, and bake until crispy. Perfect for any occasion


Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1-pound red potatoes

  • 1 Tablespoon fresh minced garlic

  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary

  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Scrub the potatoes and remove any dirt and debris

  2. Cut the potatoes into quarters and place them in a bowl.

  3. Add the garlic, oil, and rosemary leaves

  4. Season with salt and pepper

  5. Mix well and place in a single layer on a sheet pan

  6. Place into a preheated 400-degree F oven for 40 minutes
