Slow Cooker Pot Roast Sandwich
Ingredients
3-pound beef shoulder roast
1.3-ounce package of pot roast seasoning
1 Tablespoon Chef Politte’s Seasoning
1 cup water
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Onion buns
Method
Place the beef shoulder, the seasonings, and the water in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for about 6 hours
The beef should shred easily with a fork or tongs after cooking, if not, continue to slow cook
Place the bottom of the onion bun on a sheet tray and place about ½ cup of the meat mixture on each bun. Cover with the cheese and place in a preheated 350-degree oven until the cheese melts.
Top the sandwich with the top bun and serve with pickles or hot pepper
