Spicy Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Ras el Hanout spice blend
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon juice
Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro, for garnish)
Method
Preheat your oven to 425°F
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, Ras el Hanout, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.
Spread the seasoned cauliflower onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes, or until the florets are golden brown and tender, tossing halfway through for even cooking.
