Taco Bell Baja Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 Tablespoon pimiento

• 2 jalapenos

• ¼ yellow onion

• 1 cup mayo

• ½ cup sour cream

• 1 Tablespoon white vinegar

• ¼ teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon white sugar

• ¼ teaspoon mustard powder

• Juice of half a lime

• ½ teaspoon minced garlic

• ½ teaspoon ground cumin

Method

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or small food processor and pulse until smooth.

2. Place in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks
